The ring
Which ring? Not any ring.
A cheap ring can measure more than you'd think. Here is what ours really records, measured on the ring itself, not copied from the box.

Tap a part.
Our R10 from the inside, and what each part records. Every figure here is one we measured on this ring.
1Heart rate
Every 5 minutes, or less often to save battery. The green light shines into your finger and reads the pulse in the blood under it. Heart-rate variability comes from the same light.
2Blood oxygen
Hourly. The red light is for blood oxygen: a low and a high for each hour.
3Skin temperature
Every 30 minutes. Read from the inner face, against your skin. Veso watches how it moves from your usual, not the number itself.
4Sleep
Light, deep, REM and awake, minute by minute. The ring works the stages out itself and hands over the minutes.
5Battery
About 6 days with hourly syncs. That's with a sync every hour. Left alone, a ring may last longer; we haven't measured that yet.
What it won't do
The R10 doesn't measure blood pressure or blood sugar, and Veso won't pretend it does. Recovery and body age are estimates worked out from what the ring does measure.
